Full shipping address with zip code (or postal code) and telephone number

For Made-to-Order selections, include any color or design variations you want.

Step 2: We Send You Shipping Information
We will e-mail you with the total dollar amount of your order, including shipping/handling/insurance fees. -
Step 3: Pay Electronically
Click on the PayPal button below to send us your electronic payment. -
Step 4: Receive Shipping Confirmation
We will e-mail you as soon as your order is shipped.

Special Order Payments
To pay for a special order, use the PayPal button below. On the PayPal screen, enter the total U.S. dollar amount of your payment.
Special orders include:-
Any custom work or repairs

Merchandise from the Tailor Shop (Made-to-Order) section if it includes size or design variations. (Color variations are not special orders.)

Orders shipped outside the continental United States, including shipments to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Any other special payment; for example, an order where shipping charges are waived.

How Long Will It
Take?-
Items available in stock (Express Shop) are normally shipped within 1-2 business days of the time we receive your order and electronic payment.

Items made to order (Tailor Shop) are normally shipped within 3-6 weeks of the time we receive your order and electronic payment. This includes requests for color variations, but not design variations.

Any special orders, including custom work or items from the
Tailor Shop section with design variations, require additional time to ship. Contact us to inquire about our current workload and waiting list time.

Standard shipping on all items is via U.S. Postal Service
Parcel Post. Average delivery time is 7-10 days from
shipment.
Need It in a Hurry?
All our glass ships Parcel Post.
However, depending on the size of the item(s) you're ordering,
we may be able to ship Priority Mail (2-3-day shipping
service) or Express Mail (1-2 day shipping service).
CALL US BEFORE YOU ORDER, OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU ORDER, to
discuss Priority or Express shipping options. We will
tell you if your package qualifies, and if so, how to pay for
the shipping upgrade.

What Happens After I
Order? First, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number.
When we ship, you will receive another e-mail that includes your package tracking number.
